Pogostemon helferi is a visually interesting plant, with curly leaves that come up in spirals. Pogostemon helferi typically grows between 3-5cms depending on light intensity. They are an excellent foreground plant and will give your tank the appearance of being heavily planted. A must for skilled hobbyist as this is a challenging plant to grow requiring CO2 injection and high light.
