Shipping policy

** We cannot ship plants or livestock to W.A or TAS without prior approval from AQIS**

ORDERS AND DELIVERIES

All Livestock (fish/plants) are shipped using an Express Delivery / Courier Service
Orders are generally ONLY shipped on Mondays & Tuesdays.

For livestock (fish/plants) your order must be in-by 11.59am (QLD Time) Monday lunchtime for that same week delivery.

Orders placed after the cut off time will go the Monday or Tuesday of the following week. (eg Orders placed on a Sunday 1.30pm, will be sent 8 days later on Monday/Tuesday. Orders placed on Friday will be shipped in 4 days, etc...) ... you get  the idea .

Fertilisers, Water Treatments and Dry Products will be posted as soon as possible using Courier Services. 

Once your items have been dispatched you will receive email details of tracking or consignment numbers, so you can track your item online. 

SHIPPING RATES
Regardless of how much you order, shipping for the different categories are charged as a flat rate.

Plants = $44.95 (Regardless of how many you order and how many boxes we send) BONUS - 3 Free Plant pots valued at $15.00

Livestock = $44.95 (Regardless of how many you order and how many boxes we send).

Fertilisers / dry products = $74.95 (Regardless of how many you order and how many boxes we send).

BONUS OFFER = Order $1000 worth of Fertilisers or Water Treatments and receive free 5 x 500ml All in One Premium, valued at $102.25.

If you order items from each category you will be charged for each of them as they are sent separately eg:
Plants + Livestock =$ 89.90
Livestock + Fertilisers = $119.90
Plants + Livestock + Fertilisers = $164.85

We WILL NOT put a mix of items together so please don't ask.

AIRPORT TO AIRPORT

If you are placing a large livestock order and would like to organise airport to airport cargo delivery please contact us at wholesale@liverpoolcreekaquariums.com.au to arrange.

PACKAGING
Our products/livestock are packed securely in plastic bags and boxes to ensure your products arrive in the best condition.

The drivers are instructed to leave at your premises “without signature”.

**Public Holidays may affect clearance of funds and postage deliveries, so we may delay sending until the following week**

FISH MEASUREMENT AND SIZING

Please note : Pictures are for reference only.

Please be aware that corresponding fish size measurements refer to TL (Total Length). TL is defined by measurement from the tip of the snout, horizontally along the midline to the tip of the caudal fin.

DOA & RETURN POLICY

If you believe an item is missing, unwell, incorrect, undersized or any other issues on delivery, please take pictures of what you have received still in the bags (with ruler for sizing issues). Then email us immediately at : wholesale@liverpoolcreekaquariums.com.au

We'll arrange for a refund or store credit for you - whichever you prefer unless the claim qualifies for resending the livestock. Claims MUST be accompanied with clear and accurate photos of each fish in the original sealed bag plus one picture of the fish out of the bag.

Freight/Postage costs are Non-Refundable & are not able to be Claimed.

Claims must be put through within 48 hours of the delivery.
