Returns and Refunds Policy Including DOA (Dead on Arrival) Livestock

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us  immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the  wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Any perishable items (plants / livestock) that are dead or not  viable must be photographed on day of arrival and emailed through  to us immediately  at wholesale@liverpoolcreekaquariums.com.au 

We will  resend your items the following week.

For issues with liquid fertilisers or dry products please contact us as soon as possible after unpacking your items to advise of any  problems. Again please provide photos and email these through to us at wholesale@liverpoolcreekaquariums.com.au

We will  resend your item as soon as possible.

We do not require that damaged or perished items are returned to us.
